If you need your order by a specific date please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to make sure that we are able to meet the deadline. Processing time does not include ship time. Orders placed will be shipped according to the lead times defined in the listing. If a package needs to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Packages returned because and address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. We will, however, do our best to work with the carrier to locate the item. Please realize that once the package is in the carrier's hands, Our Gray Barn cannot control the delivery times or location of the package. A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. If a package is lost during transit, a refund or replacement will be offered. We will make arrangements to send a replacement for the item. If an item is damaged, please take a picture of the damage and send to us. Once received, a quick refund will be made to you not including the original shipping cost. The unit must be returned in its original condition, preferably in the original shipping container.
